Albert Frost, recently dubbed the “dark prince of SA blues” in the Rolling Stones Magazine, is certainly one of the most accomplished guitarists in South Africa. Albert has proved himself in the blues genre with success in the bands like the Blues Broers and in his capacity as a solo artist or with his trio. His strength is his live performances, his forte collaborations with numerous artists, amongst others Karen Zoid and Robin Auld and internationally he has shared stages with The Rolling Stones, Tim Robbins, played support for REM and Simple Minds. This time he strummed for 50 people in a lounge and told his story.
